YOu need to configure trusted server.

In order for an agent to manipulate data in a database that is located on another server, that second server need to list the first server as being trusted in the security section of the domino directory. This is a very high level of trust, as both servers will have equal rights to the databases on the second server. If that is appropriate you need to configure it. Alternatively, you can replicate the database so it is local to the first server.
